1. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please allow us 1-3 business day to prepare and ship your order. 

2.  How long will it take my order to be delivered?

We ship all our orders via USPS.  For local orders(within Puerto Rico) it takes an estimate of 1-3 business days to arrive after item is shipped. For orders outside of Puerto Rico (US only) it takes an estimate of 3-4 days. Note: We are not responsible for any delays from USPS.  Our responsability is to process and ship your orders safe, secure and as quickly as possible.  After package is delivered to USPS, they are responsible for the handling of the package. 

3. How can I track my order?

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered when you placed the order, including the tracking number.  For further tracking details, you can visit USPS. 

4. What payment methods do we accept?

We accept all Credit Card Payments.  

5. Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my order? 

Residents of Puerto Rico will have to pay state and municipal taxes.  For customers purchasing out of Puerto Rico, contact your local customs office for further information.
