About Us

Hello, hello!...Welcome!. My name is Alexandra, owner of Eighty Seven Boutique. I was born on September 20, 1987 on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. 

Eighty Seven Boutique was established in 2020 after a life awakening experience that pushed me to come out of my comfort zone and go after my dreams. 

For the past 13 years I have worked for big Corporations, in which the last 3 years were at one of the most prestigious Bank’s of Puerto Rico. On 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic hit us, making this year one of the most difficult for many of us. Working the past year and a half from home providing financial relief to all those in need, while being a full time mom and a wife was even harder.   One day, my oldest daughter asked me: "Mom, what was your dream growing up?, I told her it had been having my own clothing business.  She then said: "What is stopping you from doing it?".  Needless to say those words were a reality check. Although it was an incredible learning experience, I realized I was not were I should be, that is how Eighty Seven Boutique was born.

The journey has not been an easy one, but hey!, who said it would be? I’m excited for this new experience but most of all, I hope that my story inspires anyone who is doubting themselves to follow their dreams. It is NEVER too late!

I have one goal in mind, that everyone who visits my store finds that outfit that makes you feel confident and beautiful. Enjoy shopping online as much as I DO!
